Cancellation Policy:
Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
In case of cancellation of the stay, a non-refundable deposit of 500 CZK is always charged.
Cancellation fees are calculated from the total stay price minus the non- refundable deposit.
In case of cancellation of a stay for which a deposit payment has already been made, the amount exceeding the cancellation fee is refunded to the client.
The landlord has the right to cancel the stay in case of serious and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, other unexpected events) that prevent the proper course of the stay.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas such as the outdoor seating area and terrace. Please do not smoke in other areas of the resort. Pets are allowed upon request.

- Up to 30 days before stay: cancellation fee is the non-refundable deposit of 500 CZK.

- From 10 to 0 days before stay: cancellation fee is 50% of the total price.

The resort includes a spacious outdoor terrace with a grill area and a summer kitchen. There is a children's playground with a trampoline and a sandbox.
Enjoy a peaceful rest in the serene nature, where you can engage in sports or sunbathe by the heated pool. Free parking is available for at least 5 cars.

Our resort features a large 8-meter heated, covered pool with saltwater and counterflow.
The pool is covered, making it usable even in rainy weather. The pool is only available for log house guests.
